Upgrades

The Upgrades program was rolled out after 1 year of production, we realized after the boats had been actively raced for 1 year that improvements could be made around the functionality of the boat.

None of the upgrades are performance enhancing, they are all based around making the boat a more enjoyable experience for the customer. We have worked hard on getting the boats with a base set-up straight out of the factory where the customer can look through our manuals and go sailing with minimal tweaking involved to get initial flight. Once competent the customer can then make small adjustments based on their knowledge. We were finding that with a lot of people new to foiling that set-up became an issue and systems were overloading and failing due to in-proper use. Now we have all the important information around this and the boat is a more complete package out of the box, to enhance the customers experience.
All of these upgrades were rolled out for free to existing customers and customers were also able to purchase products with free shipping associated with the upgrade kits. This follows an absolute commitment to our customers and their satisfaction.
