Jamie Thompson is from Auckland New Zealand but now based in Hong Kong China.

He has been involved with racing dinghys from the time he was 10 years old and building high performance dinghys and yachts for the last 14 years.

With his experience working with Mcconaghy for the last 7 years he has a lot of experience with the build and production of the WASZP and Mach 2. He also currently has a Mach 2 which he is sailing in Hong Kong.
